But, there was someone else who had won their match at Victory Road, and the person goes by Daniel Bryan(D_Bryan), yes he is still the IC champion, for now, but tonight he has a match against Maven,
Dekai: And, I wanted to see if I could try and slip a move into a ballot, but D_Bryan, if you do retain tonight on Anarchy, I challenge you to a match the next following Anarchy, for the IC championship. Now, if you want to prove if you're a fighting champion, you will accept my challenge, and if you decline, then you know what everyone will say.
Dekai: Well, it's your choice, D_Bryan, accept or decline, the stipulation is your choice. Either way, Good luck against Maven, I will be watching your match.
Sherby and Aski would walk down the ramp, into the ring with Dekai, shaking hands with one another, as Dekai nodded to Sherby.
Dekai: Sherby, what is it that you need? I am trying to converse with the local idiots of this prestigious town, and why is Aski out here? Shouldn't he be ready to face H0LLYW00D.
Sherby: That's the thing Dekai.. you're supposed to wait for my orders to come out here, and you disobeyed them, so I order you to go to the locker room.

my case was different , i was put in the tournament and also by the time i was in the finals i had the IC title in title-in-reach but your case is different since you want a shot directly , if i would accept your challenge then i should have to accept everybody's challenge even people in last ranks just because they call me out and challenge me which i cannot be doing and if i accept yours and decline others it would be bias , so thats why i am telling you to get it in titles-in-reach first,
