Back in court, Borash would have called up Doctor Thomas Lang to the stand.
"Mr. Lang, you are a psychologist, can you tell us about the IQ quotients of being mentally deficient?" asked Borash
"The IQ quotients of being mentally retarded are anything below 70." said Doctor Lang.
"Can you explain to us the different nuances of being mentally retarded?" asked Borash.
"Anywhere between 69 and 55 IQ is mildly retarded," answered Lang "anywhere between 54 and 40 is moderately retarded, anything lower is of severe condition."
"What do these tiers determine in terms of social and employment environment benefits?" asked Borash.
"Well it's simple, the worse your condition is, the more help you need" said Doctor Lang. "and the more assistance you will get in the workplace that is if you choose to work with a disability."
"Being that you have held the records to Vegeta's last IQ test, what is his current IQ?" asked Borash.
"44." said Doctor Lang.
"No further questions your honor." said Borash as he walked back to the defense table.
Maddox would stand up and approach the front of the podium.
"Mr. Lang, what was the last test before that he took, what was he IQ score there?" asked Maddox.
"47." said Doctor Lang.
"And the...test before that?" asked Maddox.
"50." said Doctor Lang.
"How about before that? asked Maddox.
"54." said Doctor Lang.
"And before that?" said Maddox.
"55" said Doctor Lang.
"So Vegeta is basically getting more and more brain damage over time?" asked Maddox.
"Well, I wouldn't use that term, but I'd say that the results are not improving." said Doctor Lang.
"You say when you change from one tier, to a lower tier in mental retardation, an individual under that condition would then recieve more benefits, yes?" asked Maddox.
"Yes." said Doctor Lang.
"Is it quite possible that, when he scored a 54 that one time on the test, he got more benefits and therefore kept trying to get it lower and lower every time he took the test?" said Maddox. "To not only get more attention, but more benefits?"
"...Yes" said Doctor Lang.
"Hasn't he jumped between 54 and 55 plenty of times and frequently been exposed to the nuance in support he gets?" asked Maddox.
"Yes." said Doctor Lang.
"So, being a simpleton as Vegeta is, isn't it possible his first instinct to knowingly abuse and overexaggerate his condition?" asked Maddox.
"Yes..." said Doctor Lang
"No further questions, your honor." Maddox walked back to the prosecution table.
"You may step down." said Judge Norman. Doctor Lang would leave the bench.
"Does the prosecution have anything else to add?" asked Judge Norman.
"Your honor, I call D_Bryan to the stand." asked Maddox.
D_Bryan would approach the podium and get sworn in, then sit down.
"Mr. Bryan, is it true you are the World Heavyweight Champion?" asked Maddox.
"YES!" shouted D_Bryan raising his arms in the air while pointing.
"Were you a candidate to be wrestler of the year for 2013?" asked Maddox.
"YES!" shouted D_Bryan raising his arms in the air while pointing.
"Did you win the wrestler of the year award, being considered one of the best wrestlers in the ring and in your ability by many fans on the internet and even your peers?" asked Maddox.
"NO!" shouted D_Bryan crossing his arms and then extending them to spread out.
"Does that seem fair that someone who hasn't been successful all until the very end win Wrestler of the Year?" asked Maddox
"NO!" shouted D_Bryan crossing his arms and then extending them to spread out.
"D_Bryan, does it seem like there was a bit of tampering with the voting?" asked Maddox.
"YES!" shouted D_Bryan raising his arms in the air while pointing.
"Can you say anything but yes or no?" asked Maddox
"NO! NO! NO!" shouted D_Bryan crossing his arms and then extending them to spread out.
"No further questions your honor." said Maddox.
"No questions for this witness." said Borash.
"You may step down." said Judge Norman.
"YES! YES! YES!" said D_Bryan as he would step down, pointing his arms in the air, the audience and the jury would say Yes and point up right along with him as he would keep shouting YES all the way out of the court room
Judge Norman would keep banging his gavel on the desk.
"I call my last piece of evidence, a qualified professional in this entire situation, Ice." said Maddox.
Ice would go up to the stand and get sworn in and sit down.
"Ice, while it is I who appear on screen to book..you sir...are one of the head writers behind the scenes." said Maddox. "Is it true you have a very long relationship with Vegeta, Edge and Jason_Voorhees?"
"Yes, I do." said Ice.
"Being that you write..you handle a lot of what.." said Maddox as he would pull out the script. "Is in this very script?"
"Yes." said Ice.
"You've witnessed Vegeta admit to having writing on his arm and being told by his 'budd00r' Edge to deny Dark One of the iTNA championship. What is your side of the story here?" asked Maddox.
"Uhh...well..uhh..." Ice would stammer.
"May I remind you that you are under oath." said Maddox.
"I...um....ummm.."
"Answer the question." said Judge Norman.
"Umm.." said Ice.
"Or is it possible that you're involved in this too, you talked to Jason Voorhees, Edge and Vegeta every day and you report back to Sherby." said Maddox.
"No.." said Ice.
"You helped in iTNA managements quest to prevent the abled individual to succeed and pander to the disabled in a prejudice manner.." said Maddox.
"NO!" said Ice.
"THEN AGAIN, Ice, what motive would you have to help Vegeta when you were also a wrestler of the year candidate, being that you held the iTNA and World Heavyweight Championships, not only the most times, but have the highest combined title reign length total of 2013!" said Maddox. "So what is your side of the story, because if you're really in on it, it would not make any sense yes!?"
"NO IT WOULDN'T MAKE SENSE BUT I DON'T CARE IF HE WON, I AM A PERSON OF INTEGRITY AND SPORTSMANSHIP!" said Ice. "I don't have any sort of motive except to make i-TNA's plot scheme run smoothly!"
"Then, what do you recall of Edge talking to Vegeta about Dark One's title shot?" asked Maddox.
"I SAW Edge TALK TO VEGETA ABOUT DARK ONE'S TITLE SHOT AND HE WROTE THE PROMO ON VEGETA'S ARM!" Ice would start to shiver and shed a tear. "One day, Edge walked up to Tamjuk and I, and told us to find a title contender, Sherby wasn't around to talk about this...but it seemed urgent...and....and he kept suggesting different mid-carders like vichu, who hasn't quite built up the storyline with Vegeta yet so I suggested Dark One because he has a legitimate feud with Edge." Ice would be breathing heavily. "Edge rejected because he's a quitter, wrote the promo on Vegeta's arm to read off and deep down inside it frustrated me because it was H}{H'S FAULT DARK ONE HAD GOTTEN DEPRESSED!"
"I couldn't stall long enough and I am really scared of Edge, I'm intimidated and he always criticizes how invested I am in this, so the least questionable thing I could do without making something look suspicious to the roster, was to have Ternion come after Vegeta in the script, So Edge edited the script and handed it to me and told me to PRINT IT!" said Ice with a crying screech in his voice. "Ternion seemed like a safe answer because it's our top heel stable, so why not!?" said Ice. "I had to pick someone before Edge would keep suggesting lesser qualified people so Maven, the leader of Ternion was the best heel that could challenge Vegeta."
"And by the time Sherby got back...it was too late, I had already gone public with the information due to the pressure and Dark One couldn't have his title shot!" said Ice as he would be whimpering.
"And as for the match type? I've wanted to put Vegeta in tables matches, ultimate x matches, ladder matches, but whenever it got to a match that Vegeta 'couldn't do' I HAD TO CHANGE IT! AND YET I'VE SEEN HIM DO SOME OF THE MATCHES BEFORE!" Ice would be breathing heavily. "YOU TALK ABOUT THE IQ!? Edge and Rick talked about it in front of me, he lowers himself for attention now and yet blames everyone else for picking on him and yet they're the only ones who are allowed to pick on him too AND IT MAKES ME SICK! I've seen him, purposely misplace things on IQ tests and I was intimidated to keep quiet! And I may not like you Mr. Maddox, I really don't but your ideal of disablism actually does apply to one person in the world and that's Edge, BECAUSE HE HATES EVERYONE IN ITNA EXCEPT VEGETA! IT'S A FACT THAT I'VE HEARD HIM SAY, not directly, but in so many words!" he would put his face in his hands.
"...and...as for the Kenneth suddenly being in the World Championship picture?" said Maddox.
"That was a peer pressure move in fear from management, just to keep Edge entertained so he wouldn't bail in mid-contract, we had to do something." said Ice. "Not like he has any real punishment to deal with since he HELP FREAKING BUILT THIS PLACE! That ended though since a good portion of the iTNA users went on strike due to poor Edge's behavior towards the users so we had to pick lesser of evils and get our users back. I've never seen eye to eye with Ternion but if they didn't go on strike iTNA would be in shambles right now, shambles and damaged and while I still don't agree with any of their ideologies...I thank them..for practicing civil disobedience...and making..change..happen."
"I just want order..and consistency in this federation..and I want good workers...is there a crime against that?" asked Ice.
"No, there isn't." said Maddox. "Your honor I call for perjury on the defendant, as his claim of writing the promo on his own arm was false, it was written on for him and he was under oath when he stated this."
Judge Norman would sigh "Mr. Borash, I apologize, your client did not under the oath, I must add a charge of perjury."
"No further questions" said Maddox as he walked away.
"I have no questions for this witness." said Borash.
"You may step down." said Judge Norman. Ice would leave the stand and go sit back down.
"I have no more to call, your honor." said Maddox.
"Would the representatives like to make a final statement?" asked Judge Norman.
Borash would get up in front of the Jury.
"Ladies and gentlemen of the jury..it's clear to me that my client who couldn't even answer my questions properly or Maddox's questions properly, coherently, is not guilty of anything but being taken along for a ride. If you told this guy to jump off a bridge, he would do it. My client, is incapable of making decisions and the nuance of his inability to make a decision should not matter...it is there...and it is officially on paper. My client is a victim of non-credible sources such as Fox News? We all know how that is and you people should not fall for this propaganda. You're all smarter than that. Find my client, not guilty on all charges."
Jeremy Borash would sit down. Brad Maddox would stand up in front of the jury.
"Let's cut to the chase and go over everything you've heard. You've heard Mr. Fisher confess in this court that he was told to tell the world in public form by Edge to who wrote on his arm, to put a blockade to Dark One's feud in writing. You've heard how the defendant from a neutral party, would be told what to do and how to do it, you've heard about disablist propaganda witnessed, you've heard a witness to the nuances of his IQ and you have most importantly heard how he's failed to produce upon his duties based on his real IQ. Find Robert Fisher, guilty of all charges."
"YES! YES! YES!" said D_Bryan as he would step down, pointing his arms in the air, the audience and the jury would say Yes and point up right along with him as he would keep shouting YES all the way out of the court room
