Whoever comes in second place for WOTM will be facing H}{H or whoever IC Champion is at the time cause maybe H}{H loses it before December to Dismember, but back on subject. Whoever comes in second place will face the IC Champion in any match type with any stipulation they want!"

The idea in essence is fine and I wont interfere but for the love of god, there is no such thing as WOTM 2nd place getting an IC title shot, it was never set in place and it never really happened.
